Welcome to the Poole's Cavern website and we hope to welcome you soon to our wonderful cavern, explore our new visitor centre, exhibition, rock shop and enjoy a tasty bite at the Cavern cafe. Why not take a stroll through the country park woodlands to Solomon's Temple viewpoint or swing through the tree tops on GO APE.

Our exciting new adventure play area for younger visitors is due to open early May

Watch out for us on TV soon. We will be featured in the new series of BBC'S SMART this summer with presenters Kirsten O'Brien and adventure expert Steve Backshall. The two intrepid presenters go caving and discover that creating art underground is quite a challenge.

The new series of Granada TV's Lost Treasures with presenter Mark Olly explores the caverns ancient history and how the Celts and Romans worshipped the gods of the underworld here.
